    You are:
    A consummate organizer. You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.

    The work:

    You will supporting the development of work plans and the formulation of milestone schedules and other documented plans.  You will perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require reports to recommend solutions.  You will develop breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist with problem analysis.  You will track and report status for Program Level Project Plans across the team.  You will assist with the project administration support, including project and milestone tracking.   

    Here’s what you need:

    • 4-year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience

    • 2+ years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support

    • 2+ years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting

    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application

    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project (advanced functions, such as macro development, import export techniques and automated updates through external file tools)

    One more thing, US Citizenship is required and no Dual

    Bonus points if:

    • Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
    • Experience with Power BI highly preferred
    • Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point
    • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
    • Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
    • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Ability to direct own work and that of others
    • Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team
    • Strong written and oral communication
    • Strong problem-solving skills

    Compensation for our Development Programs varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, development program, role and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role: 

    California:         $67,500 – $99,500

    Colorado:        $58,300 – $85,900 

    New York City: $67,500 – $99,500 

    Washington:    $62,000 – $91,500
