Operations is one of four services–the others are Accenture Song, Technology and Strategy & Consulting.

This Customer Service Team will strive to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We deliver data that is useful and accurate to create People-related strategies across the business. We manage people knowledge and build project management capability across our company. Our work also ensures the client remains protected and compliant. We strive to ensure employees feel heard and given the resources and support they need during the most important moments during their careers. The Customer Service Associate, will work to:

  • Deliver consistently accurate data and standard processes across the entire employee lifecycle

  • Execute critical key People transactions and data, while ensuring that the data we manage is clean, in compliance and up to date

  • Will work closely with internal and external partners to make sure the processes are aligned with the strategy around the employee experience

  • Will exhibit patience, attention to detail, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a M-F, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Human Resources background/experience to include working knowledge of payroll processing, policies and federal/state/local tax laws

  • Knowledge of basic account practices in relation to benefits and compensation

  • Strong customer service skills, communication skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action

  • Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization

  • Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, i.e., written communication skills

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $37,476 – $52,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
