You are:
A Electrical Engineer in Energy industry specialized in Grid Modeling & SCADA.

The work: 

• Model and analyze electrical grids, transmission, and distribution networks

• Simulate and analyze electrical systems using TMS (transmission management services) and DMS (distribution management services)

• Perform habitat and database modelling

• Plan, implement, and evaluate SCADA.

• Put together feasibility studies and develop coordination plans for grid expansions, network configuration

• Execution and leading of engineering projects with technical and/or economic focus to a variety of topics along the electrical grid ecosystem.

Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s what you need: 

• 2+ years working on transmission and distribution management systems

• 1+ experience utilizing TMS and DMS systems such as AlstomGrid / GE e-terra

• In-depth understanding of power systems, grid modelling, and SCADA systems

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields of study

Bonus points if: 

• You have ability to understand basics and fundamentals as well as big picture implications such as cost, differentiators, risk

• You have willingness to travel up to 20%

• You have German Language skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
