Job Description

ACCENTURE PRODUCTIONS  

At the intersection of content and technology you’ll find Accenture Productions.  As part of Accenture’s CIO Organization, our global staff operates a network of studios and production facilities to deliver cutting-edge content for virtual audiences online and in the metaverse.  By delivering hundreds of live and recorded events, and from-scratch content each month, Accenture Productions is among the global leaders in corporate video production.     

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive Producer and Studio Lead will be based out of Accenture Productions new studio in Washington, DC.  We are looking for an experienced event producer who is hyper-focused on details and can manage numerous stakeholders and senior executives to create engaging content.  The person chosen for this role must work in close partnership with our CEO’s marketing + communications team to support and over-deliver on the expectations of one of the most valuable brands in business.

This role will be responsible for all phases of the video production involving the Washington, DC studio.  From pre-production logistics to live event delivery, whatever the creative brief calls for, we need a problem solver. Experience in video production or live event management, and budget and people management will be critical for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple senior executives.

This role is based in Washington, DC but will be part of a globally distributed team of producers, designers, video editors, and experts in the metaverse to manage Accenture’s complex video production and virtual event needs.  Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet project deadlines. Domestic and international travel may also be required occasionally to manage the production of events at off-site venues.

Role

  • Responsible for event brief creation and approval, and execution of the defined vision

  • Responsible for all phases of video production leading up to and during the live event or recording

  • Responsible for day-of event activities, communication, logistics and oversight of production crew

  • Ensure that the product achieves the Accenture’s standards

  • Share learnings and best practices with our global team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in multiple video production specialties (e.g. producing, directing, cinematography, storytelling, live event management) 

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Television/Film/ Multimedia production or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $73,764 - $170,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
