AFS National Security Portfolio is seeking a biometrics analyst to support work in the Northern Virginia area. The selected candidate will conduct identity management risk assessments based on analysis of the operational performance of biometric systems and the needs of the customer. The candidate will conduct the research and coordination necessary to accomplish biometrics-related work requirements, including coordination with other contractor personnel to satisfy related contract requirements. The position involves system risk assessments; the analyst will use non-traditional data sources to ascertain information, drive collection requirements where information gaps remain, and make risk recommendations based on the available information. The analyst is expected to have an understanding of biometric system design, data sharing agreements (and their limitations), and human factors.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $147,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
