Federal - Business Process Analyst

Accenture Federal Services has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and accomplished Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will provide the framework for capturing, harnessing and exploiting intellectual capital, thus improving upon individual and enterprise performance. You will need to be able to provide support when issues arise as well as be responsible for creating documentation and visual depictions of data to ensure our customers fully understand what our applications can accomplish and how they are able to effectively utilize them. 

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to understand operations and technical teams to assist with initiatives and integrate solutions into business workflows.

• Ability to work in an Agile environment, occasionally on multiple projects at once.

• Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative workflow among the project team including the Joint Staff, Services and Combatant Commands.

• Develop documentation on an as needed basis and ensure that project teams understand where to file reports, data, other files so that others on the team can locate them quickly and efficiently.

• Demonstrate an ability to understand complex systems and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Ability to work with large datasets and visually display 

Here's what you need:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SharePoint

• Experience developing in an Agile environment with many customers.

• Experience developing and implementing knowledge management policies and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to organize and develop powerful and insightful interfaces in Microsoft O365 and SharePoint environments.

Bonus points if you have:

• 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on SharePoint administrator experience.

• ITIL or Six Sigma experience/certifications

• Tableau and Palantir knowledge

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $105,200 - $168,400 

Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500 

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
