    You are:

    The Change Management Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for a successful scaled agile organizational transformation. You will apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe transformation across the organization through the creation of a Change Management Strategy, conduct impact analyses and assess the change readiness of the organization, inclusive of any anticipated risks or resistance, and identify key stakeholders impacted by the transition to SAFe and support them along the change journey.

    Here is what you need:

    • Experience with communications management and end user outreach

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience with change management including design development using tools such as Piktochart to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

    • Experience with stakeholder analysis, delivery and management of key communications, change impact analysis and supporting training efforts

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

    California: $82,700 - 133,700

    Colorado: $82,400 - 115,500

    New York City:  $95,400 - 133,700

    Washington:  $87,800 - 122,900
