You are:
A Client Data Protection Project Manager who will be responsible for helping transform the Client Data Protection program toward its federal-based approach including the way we collaborate, operate, and deliver value add to the company. You are a project manager of a diverse team which strives toward business process excellence. You will be accountable for constructing detailed work plans, planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping key stakeholders informed throughout a project's lifecycle all in coordination with the Client Data Protection Director.
The work:
Ensuring projects are delivered on time
Coordinating with internal and external parities
Determining dependencies and conflicts between projects
Managing relationships between team members and stakeholders
Measuring project performance
Escalating to upper management when needed
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Here's what you need:
U.S. Citizenship required
4 years of Client Data Protection, Risk Management, Security Audit, or Security Compliance experience supporting a federal government
Possess strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Project Management processes
Experience in business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
Leadership experience with small to medium sized teams
Other required skills
Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Scheduling and task management skills
Able to work with business stakeholder to evaluate effectiveness and plan for ways to improve or resolve identified issues
Supported programs by planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and adapt to changing requirements
Experience developing and refining technical and business requirements and processes
Bonus points if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or project management
Project Management certification such as Agile/Scrum, PM/BA, CAPM, PMP
CISSP, CISA, CISM or other Security, Audit, or privacy certifications, or the ability to obtain certification within six months
Experience in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps
Negotiation skills to handle changing demands by stakeholders and conflicts between personnel and other parties
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard Data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Knowledgeable with government Security-related rules and regulations
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $95,600-$153,100
Colorado: $95,600-$132,300
New York City: $110,700-$153,100
Washington State: $101,900-$140,800
