Federal - Client Service Delivery Manager (Public Health)

The work:

The role focuses on relationship and communications management for a complex project. This role will be highly client facing, requiring the individual to quickly become a trusted client partner through clear and consistent communications, project management, and change management. This will require the Client Service Delivery Manager to be an effective listener, communicator, anticipate and be adaptable to client needs, and support regular client touch points and ad hoc requests.

Additional responsibilities include: Support client requests; Manage client engagement; Draft clear and concise communications documents; Facilitate collaboration and effective communication across workstreams and client business units; Help both internal and client teams stay apprised of status; Aid in the development, management and improvement of client relationships; Help functional teams escalate and resolve issues quickly.

Based in Atlanta, GA

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of client-facing experience, 2+ years with Federal clients

• Strong written and verbal communication skills as active, empathetic listening and the ability to quickly build rapport are required

• Experience working on complex delivery projects along with experience owning and driving client relationships

• Comfort managing competing priorities and the ability to execute tasks quickly

• Experience with project management methodologies

Bonus points if you have:

Federal Health or public health experience

Change management experience

Facilitation or conflict resolution skills

High-level knowledge of cloud computing service models

PMP or Change Management Professional Certifcation(s)

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $105,200 - $168,400

Colorado:  $105,200 - $145,500

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
