You are:

A Cyber Incident Response Specialist who will play a key role in Accenture's Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) program in order to reduce information security risk to the business and our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, work escalated incident tickets related to Data Loss Prevention tool, PhishMe tool, SIEM, and the SOC.

The work:

• Perform eDiscovery, forensics as well as threat ID and response duties

• Work independently to respond to, contain, and resolve security incidents

• Perform skilled analysis to determine root cause of security incidents

• Produce and present metrics supporting proactive identification of risk

• Process and convey technical details clearly and in a range of situations, both in writing and verbally

• Understand and continuously advocate a security first culture

• Communicate effectively and clearly to leadership with relevant level of detail

• Run internal projects independently with minimal oversight from leads

Here's what you need:

• U.S. Citizenship required

• 3 years experience in Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Security Operations Center (SOC)

Other required skills:

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple objectives with overlapping time constraints

• Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Bonus points if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Maintains, or is able to obtain within 6 months, relevant information security certifications, such as CISSP, and IT forensics training

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $71,600 - $100,299 and information on benefits offered is here
