The Work:

• Provides input for the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Courses of Action (COAs), and other related documents
• Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of operations
• Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize, and validate requirements and be prepared to modify development planning efforts based on the changing information environment.

• Provides support to exercise planning, execution, and evaluation to accomplish exercise training priorities.
• Conducts research of current and emerging threats to U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources.
• Participates and contributes to planning, policy development, strategy, and compliance meetings relevant to OPSEC and Information Operations
• Provides expert input to DOTMLPF-P reviews relevant to the Defense OPSEC Program and Information Operations policy and guidance development
• Develop metrics by which to evaluate OPSEC measure and countermeasure effectiveness

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• 5+ years of recent experience in Operations Security, Program Protection or Information Operations
• 3+ years of Joint Service Officer (JSO) qualification and/or significant experience with planning
• 3+ years as an Joint Operations Planner
• 1 year of recent operational experience with Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and Operational Design
• 2 years of experience in Exercise and War games as a participant, planner and role-player.

Bonus points if you have:

• Graduate of military information operations, operations security and similar courses
• Graduate of Service Weapons School, SAAMS, SAW, SAS or NOPC
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing facts, drawing reasonable conclusions and presenting/defending such conclusions both orally, as well as in written form
• Ability to make reasonable interpretations from a broad spectrum of information
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $193,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
