You are:
A Sales Reporting & Analytics Manager who will organize our analytics function and implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. Your goal will be to help the AFS Sales organization use data to drive high performance and quality and achieve our targets. You will work closely with the AFS Sales Management & Operations Lead and AFS Sales Lead to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.
The work:
Building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
Applying statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost sales and revenue
Examining, interpreting, and reporting results of analytical initiatives to senior leadership
Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance and preventing discrepancies
Keeping abreast of industry best practices and policies
Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures
Use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
Apply your exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units
Here's What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of Sales Operations experience in a government contracting environment
Working experience with RFPs
Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems
Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using Power BI
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Other Required Skills:
Exhibit great attention to detail, with strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
Have the ability to work independently/remotely with minimal supervision
Have the ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships with staff across departments and at all levels of the company
Have excellent collaboration and presentation skills
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
Have strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing sales and revenue and other key business outcomes
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $103,500-$170,800
Colorado: $103,500-$147,500
New York City: $119,800-$170,800
Washington: $110,200-$157,000
