Federal - Scrum Master/Business Analyst

You are:

Scrum Master with agile coaching experiences/guides one or more agile development teams through Agile Transformation including metrics collection, Agile Coaching, alignment to value streams and PI objective, encouraging delivery of customer every iteration with releases every PI, conduct team level agile exercises/artifacts and support collaboration, identification and removal of risks, constraints, and dependencies.  Works within Agile (SAFe) methodology. Preferred familiarity with technical elements of Full Stack development, DevOps, and automated testing leveraging front end and back end (Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, .Net, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Elastic Search) and data pipelines/ETL (Python, SQL, GitLab, Containerization - Docker, Messaging/Logging frameworks - Kubernetes or Rabbit MQ, and AWS.

Here is what you need:

• Able to interface with customers/users and gather technical requirements, provide analysis and recommendations on mission aligned GAP analysis of tools, pipelines, infrastructure, and applications to support client development of PI Objectives and User Stories.

• Experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile sprint ceremonies.

• Agile (SAFe Scrum Master) methodology and sprint

• U.S. Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible.  

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $93,800 - 152,200

Colorado: $93,800 - 131,500

New York City:  $108,700 - 152,200

Washington:  $99,900 - 140,100
