The work:

  • Identify and solve complex supply chain, business operation, and strategic problems for clients

  • Own & lead a workstream that is responsible for final deliverables to a client

  • Bring the client’s processes and workflows to life with data that tells the story of what’s going well and what could be done better

  • Reimagine and quantify a client’s future state via data visualization, simulation, and supply chain network modeling

  • Make sense of large, disparate data sources and utilize a variety of analytic techniques (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive) to solve complex problems, understand and communicate operational performance, and improve supply chain and business operations

  • Mentor junior team members with diverse backgrounds on analysis techniques, effectively representing business and supply chain operations with data, and developing data-driven recommendations

Here's what you need:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering

3+ years of experience analyzing data and using statistical/analytical models to drive improvements to business operations – Master’s degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience

Experience with at least one of the following two:

  • Using analytics to develop data driven solutions utilizing statistical modeling and research that solve complex problems
  • Using data programing languages like SQL, Python, or R to script and analyze data

​ Experience with at least one of the following two:

  • Using optimization models, statistical analysis, simulation, or digital twins to represent and assess complex business operations, networks, and supply chains
  • Using data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik to present information and tell a story with the data

Experience with at least one of the following two:

  • Presenting complex information in a simple way
  • Extracting, cleansing, aggregating, and structuring data

Bonus points:

An active security clearance

Important Information:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $76,600 – $107,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
