Help clients modernize their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams’ workflows
Find EPM solutions for clients and share leading practices across the industry
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
Create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes (financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) Walk clients through digital transformations, help them find operational efficiencies
Interacts with middle to senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility
Manage small to medium teams and/or work efforts (if an individual contributor) at a client or within Accenture
Support new business by contributing to thoughtful proposals

Here’s what you need:
Minimum 3 years’ of finance and management consulting experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process leading practices
Working knowledge of Finance technologies. This may include, but not limited to financial close and consolidations, data, planning, budgeting, analytics, reporting and enabling technologies.
Bonus points if:
You’ve implemented finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, or reporting solutions with clients
You’ve worked with these Finance and Performance Analytics Enabling Technologies: Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Cognos, SAP SAC, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, Tableau, Workday - Adaptive Insights
You’re comfortable with ERP technology and know your way around SAP, Oracle, Workday
Solid project management experience including defining scope, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
Strong competence in developing executive level presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
You have experience leading projects and/or teams
You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
