Job Description
The Washington D.C. office is located in the Nation’s Capitol. It is an office where Accenture Leadership and all levels of staff co-create, collaborate and learn with our Accenture teams and clients. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with excellent customer service, attention to detail and amazing engaging hospitality skills. This role will provide office operations services and white-glove customer support (client welcome experience, meeting preparation and event production).
The Hospitality & Office Operations Customer Service Analyst will serve as a member of our office operations and location services team that will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include hospitality, executing office meetings and events, internal and external customer support and general administrative care.
The HOOCSA oversees the daily maintenance and preparation of meeting and workspaces, relationships with vendors, reservation tool and assisting clients with guest badges.
Additional duties may include time/expense reporting and reconciliation, invoice duties and projects in MS Office.
Tasks to include, but not limited to:
Greet/direct employees and visitors, assist with check-in, answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource
Coordinate and execute all on-site meetings and events including catering, vendor management, customer coordination and setup.
Manage on-site meetings and workspace reservations, including optimizing and prioritizing space requests.
Support a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, on-site meeting and event coordination, space utilization management or other location services.
May stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy rooms, coffee/vending areas, etc.).
May set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including audio/visual equipment.
May provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
May provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
May act as a point of contact for external providers (e.g., shredding contractor, vending/coffee supplier, cleaning contractors).
May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
May assist with customer retrieval, return and/or destruction of documents, according to archival guidelines.
May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines including assisting local EA’s to perform on-site duties as requested.
May carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
The hours are 9 AM to 6 PM but flexibility is required for this role, based on early morning or evening events.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have HS Diploma
Minimum of 3 years hospitality or customer service experience in hotel, restaurant, conference services & event management or corporate functions setting
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree Preferred
Experience independently completing a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
