You know how to develop/ manage relationships and believe in being memorable. You know what it takes to collaborate effectively between buyers, analysts & brands ensuring flawless program execution. You live and breathe retail and are extremely detail orientated.
The Work:
In this role, you will:
Act as a liaison between our brand partners and Walmart ensuring first class communication.
Manage all skus and lead forecasting, inventory flow and reporting efforts.
Coordinate new item set up and imaging process.
Pull and analyze weekly sales data and communicate insights & trends.
On behalf of the brand partner, work with your Sales Manager on executing the multi-channel strategy.
Comp shopping and competitive analysis.
Lead all new vendor set-up on behalf of our brand partners.
Working with Sales Managers and the creative team to build merchandising solutions for our vendor partners.
Ensure delivery of creative assets to vendors and/or Walmart.
Coordinate with third party vendors: store signage, merchandising, research and in-store training etc.
Assist the brand in managing the supply chain process.
Coordinate sample requests and delivery.
Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest/execute ways to improve
Participation in weekly company product/brand evaluation.
Manage and coordinate collect transportation process with key vendors
Other duties as assigned
Manage account coordinators and/or account managers
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a retail account manager working with Walmart.
A minimum of 3 years working with Walmart systems.
Bonus points if:
Minimum of 3 years experience working within Excel spreadsheets
Willingness to travel 3+ times per year
Strong organizational skills
You are action and detail orientated
Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
