As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be focused on the rapid, agile development of high-quality, user-driven software products on a cross-collaborative team. You will be developing across a combination of web, mobile, and/or cloud technologies.

You’ll work alongside polyglots who have a passion for continuous learning and can adapt to different client needs while writing simple, clean code using industry design and development principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY, and YAGNI). You will be using extreme programming development processes like TDD (Test Driven Development), mob/paired programming, thin-slicing, and continuous integration to develop safe, well-tested code.

You Have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with extreme programming development processes like TDD (Test Driven Development), thin-slicing, and continuous integration to develop safe, well-tested code.
• Minimum 5 years‘ experience developing software solutions and interest in developing in multiple platforms (mobile, web, embedded, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience writing clean, well-crafted, tested code.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an agile environment with a continuous integration mindset.

Bonus points:

• Experienced in supporting and mentoring software engineering teams in their careers and practices
• Experienced in communicating code design decisions using techniques like paired or mob programming
• Effective at explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people using technical diagrams and discussion
• Self-driven learner who explores technologies and techniques for developing software

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $78,500-$220,400

Colorado: $78,500-$109,400

New York City: $90,900-$220,400

Washington: $83,600-$202,700

Racking-up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended.  For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
