You are:
The onsite Senior Producer is responsible for being the primary or elevated liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring the success of each production. This position will provide mentorship to other Producers within a region or for a specific account and collaborate with leadership to standardize workflow and resolve production issues.
The work:
Act as the main or elevated point of contact for clients
Day-to-day mentoring to production staff within a region or for a specific client, including the training of inexperienced staff on an as needed basis
Identify day-to-day and account-specific production issues and collaborate with leadership for resolution
Responsible for standardizing production workflow to maximize efficiency and client/crew happiness
Ensure that all production invoices are billed in a timely fashion
Periodically review the production SOPs to ensure that it is updated and relevant to specific regional issues
Oversee production team (staff or freelance) to help determine delegation of tasks and projects
Develop and maintain contact and project integrity for the assigned clients
Ensure the efficiency, organization, data integrity, and delivery of each project
Manage and collaborate with Post Production team to ensure deadlines are met while fully understanding all deliverables involved
Organize multiple photo teams, while supervising a full-time Production Assistant to ensure all daily deliverables are met
Clearly communicate all needs with internal teams as well as the client to ensure a flawless workflow and experience
Ensure all pre-production and on-set needs are anticipated and met
Proactively suggest new recommendations to current workflow
Here’s what you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience in producing or project managing a creative, digital content or post production team
At least 5 years of experience in commercial still and fashion high-volume photography production for ecommerce, social media or other digital content
Bonus points if
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Fine Arts program
Creative or Marketing Agency experience preferred.
Expert in Production Project Management with proficiency in data management and reporting
Fashion, Beauty or other Luxury Consumer Good experience a plus
Team Leader and people management skills preferred
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Travel

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here__.

Colorado: $67,900-$116,000
New York City: $78,600-$134,300
Washington: $72,300-$123,500
