As a Workday TT/AbsenceLead your primary responsibilities may include:
Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issueresolution
Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functionalsolution
Architect Workday TT/Absence solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered andmitigated
Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices.
Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates andkeep them apprised of overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve projectobjectives
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.

Here's what you need:
Existing and up to date Workday TT/AbsencePartnerCertification
3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
3+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role
Experience managing teams of 1+persons
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (IfAssociate Degree, must have minimum 6yearsofwork experience)
Bonus points if:
4+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functionalareas
Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
