People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
Accenture’s Workplace Concierge role will deliver efficient and effective management of front desk operations, facility maintenance orders, security access, and check-in process for employees, customers, vendors and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Front desk presence, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Welcome visitors to the office and provide wayfinding assistance as needed
Ensure the safety of the workplace as well as monitor and enforce access to the physical office and workspaces to support security/asset protection
Create, update, and audit security access badges
Liaise with building management, including requesting work orders as needed for facility maintenance, vendor management, and cleaning services
Manage EMS reservations and monitor meeting room requests
Order office, access badge, and catering supplies as directed by Office Facilities Lead
Retrieve voicemails and direct to appropriate parties
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and related delivery services
Maintain a clean and organized front desk. Ensure that maps, building forms, and other printed documents are readily available
Actively engage with Facilities, Meeting & Events, IT, and other local office teams to create a cohesive and welcoming office experience
Act as a Floor Warden for Life Safety drills and events
Prior experience with event management and security systems preferred (e.g., CCURE 9000)

Daily presence required within the Seattle office, located at Second and Seneca in downtown Seattle

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
