What you'll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
Review contracts, scope of work and due diligences with Senior Sales representatives.
Lead discussions with key stakeholders to preparation clients for implementation.
Introduce methodology, discuss project scope and set client expectations.
Develop deployment strategies, roll out plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects.
Advise global clients on best practices and make recommendations for successful implementations.
Participate to Global Program Preparation Phase in collaboration with GlobalView to introduce Global Payroll Programs.
Serve as a single point of contact for client inquiries during the project preparation phase.
Responsible for providing status reporting and providing responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.
Explain payroll (compensation, benefits etc.) and its financial implications to clients.
Clearly explain country specific payroll information and requirements to clients.
Train clients through online demonstrations using our payroll technology.
Interact and communicate with international partners to clarify country specific items.
Lead with internal projects such as preparing proposals, customer presentations, and marketing efforts to improve project preparation processes.
Support sales in participating in pre-sales meeting when required, provided Implementation expertise, and representing ADP to senior decision-makers.
Other duties may be assigned.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Implementation/service projects and/or service.
Global Payroll experience required.
Previous experience managing Global Programs and interacting with Senior Stakeholders including C-Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
