    • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen ADP Ländern im Hinblick auf ADP SmartPay

    Fachliche Anforderungen

    • personalwirtschaftliche Ausbildung / Erfahrung

    • Erfahrung in der Parametrierung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssystemen

    • fundierte Kenntnisse und sichere Anwendung des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechtes

    • Projektmanagement Kenntnisse

    • Kenntnisse des Produktes P&I LOGA (inkl. aller Module)

    • tiefe Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungskenntnisse

    • Kenntnisse der HR-Prozesse in einem Unternehmen

    • Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien, Portale, Zeitwirtschaftssystemen

    • Marktkenntnisse bzgl. Payroll und HR-Systemen

    • Allgemeines IT-Know-how; technisches Verständnis

    • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse

    • Gute Präsentationsskills (Powerpoint + Produkt LOGA)
