What will you do?**
You'll be responsible for exceeding assigned sales targets through global sales responsibility of Key Accounts with significant size and international footprint, leveraging local and global solution offerings, and "winning it right & together".
As such, you will be promoting both local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions that best address a client's and/or prospects needs. Moreover, you will identify and develop opportunities for ADP with Key Accounts.
Key Requirements:
Based around, or with regular access to Milan
Have excellent selling and negotiation skills, incl. deep commercial know-how and understanding of complex / technical contracts
Ability to develop in-depth and balanced understanding of global market characteristics and client / prospect needs
Capability to independently identify opportunities for ADP across local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions; adapt to fast-paced and international sales environment
Successfully able to identify and engage with key decision makers within Key Accounts around the world; serve as trusted ambassador for ADP
Drive account opportunities through "challenger" mindset, while complying with core ADP values ("win it right, win it together")
Negotiate and close complex / technical contracts in local language and English
Your background:
Bachelor's degree with business focus or experience in related field -- preferred but not essential
Extensive experience in Enterprise field sales role, preferably in technology or service sales
Experience of working with clients of 15,000 employees and above
Ideally used to working on global deals and accounts
Preferably experience in Global Key Account Management tactics
Profound stakeholder management skills
Affinity for technology products & processes
