BASIC REQUIREMENTS
2 to 5 years of experience in call talking process US Clients
Experience in US Payroll/HCM platform is an added advantage
Project Management Experience/Exposure
Client Training experience
Excellent customer service and oral/written communication is a must.
Proficient in call handling and provide professional end user support via telephone.
Extensive experience in the use of Excel.
Extensive skills in analyzing spreadsheets.
Familiar with Windows XP/Windows 10 Professional.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to research and solve end user questioning.
Ability to deliver excellent quality of service and effortless client experience.
Ability to be multi-tasked, work in a fast-paced team and meet deadlines.
Responds promptly and professionally.
Willingness to take ownership and continuously improve client experience.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Flexible to work in US shifts as per business requirement.
