Resolution and management of incidents arising from the service.
Conducting regular meetings with the clients in charge: agreeing and updating the payroll calendar and daily processes agreed with the client.
Review and preparation of data relating to administrative processes for payroll processing (Performing functional tests on the platform/s).
Processing the client's payroll and performing the necessary controls defined by the department to ensure the quality of the process and service to the client.
Management of the client's rental period
Carrying out and sending periodic reports related to the payroll process (IRS, social security files, payroll accounting reconciliation ....).
III. Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in similar position
Knowledge of Portuguese labor law
Knowledge of payroll and HR software and applications
Advanced knowledge of EXCEL
More than 500 payrolls processed
Knowledge of DMR / Social Security
Processing of new hires and terminations
