What You Get To Do In This Role
Develop a deep understanding of our company wide NPI process and help the organization to be ready for introduction of new products in the market
Champion NPI adoption cross International (ESI) teams
Prepare plans for all NPI projects and projects/Programs in your scope and coordinate with all stakeholders
Manage and report progress tracking/ readiness across all new products and product teams, including cross-functional teams such as Sales Enablement, Learning, Security, Finance, to mention a few.
Provide regular status reports, drive awareness and communication related to the projects/programs and NPIs in your scope to all stakeholders
Attend the NPI Board reviews and Go-to-Market forums
Build cross-functional global relationships
To Be Successful In This Role You Have
8+ years' experience managing Projects applying methodologies common in the profession (e.g. PRINCE2®, PMBOK®).
Additional 3 years' experience managing Programs (ie. 11 years overall)
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2®, PMBOK®, Agile, SAFe® etc) and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Process oriented and excellent organizational skills
Outstanding track-record of delivering results
People centric and value-oriented mindset
Strategic planning, execution and analysis
Experience synthesizing and simplifying complex information
Adaptable and innovative thinking
Active listening skills to ensure feedback identifies areas of improvement
Ample experience building and delivering presentations and tailoring to audience, e.g. Associates, peers, senior executives (up to XCOM)
Exposure to Portfolio Management best practices
Ideally experience within ADP or other HCM provider in Product Management or in a strategic/enterprise PMO
A Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related subject
A post-graduate degree as a plus.
