WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here is what you can expect on a typical day:
Develop and articulate a sharp vision and strategy for the OneAI platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and build the product management team, setting objectives, reviewing performances, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with data science and engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with the product vision and market demands.
Partner with sales and marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key messages that resonate with target audiences.
Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes to ensure the AI platform remains competitive and compliant.
Drive product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure successful execution and market adoption.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media interviews, highlighting our AI platform and thought leadership in the field.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
Extensive experience working in AI/ML space including strong technical background and ability to interface with engineers and data scientists in the space.
Proven record of accomplishment of developing and launching successful AI or machine learning products.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers, partners, and teams.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience defining & building AI platforms and capabilities, focused on enabling different personas to get their jobs done as part of end-to-end ML lifecycle.
Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM landscape.
Experience working on AI/ML metrics, evaluations and benchmarking.
Experience working with Data Science and ML Engineering teams.
Experience working with AWS & Databricks is a plus
