    Position summary

    ovide deep, data-driven insights and will be a key player in formulating and executing on the strategy of the business unit.

    The CFO LATAM will also be a senior leader within the ADP Finance organization, and will focus his or her energies on driving positive change and excellence through both LATAM and the wider ADP Finance organizations, working closely with the CFO - Employer Services International and other key ADP Finance Executives to meet our goals.

    What you'll do? specific duties and responsibilities will include:

    1. Oversight of all financial aspects of the LATAM business, including current and future performance, identification and realization of opportunities, identification and mitigation of risks, appropriate allocation of resource within the business and ensuring key stakeholders are continuously informed on the position of the business.

    2. Lead key processes such as forecasts, operating plans, periodic business reviews and strategic planning, developing and executing on appropriate financial targets for the various parts of the business.

    3. Maintain a close awareness of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their potential impact on the business and recommend measures to capitalize on, or protect the business from, these changing conditions.

    4. Ensure preparation of robust business cases to support key investment decisions, critique assumptions with management and partner to implement as appropriate.

    5. Ensure compliance with the internal control environment as well as all ADP financial policies and conventions across the business, ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging.

    6. Be an ambassador with clients, associates and other internal and external stakeholders, cultivating a culture of loyalty, excellence and respect across the organization.

    7. Develop team members and promote succession planning, maintaining the importance of diversity as a focus and encouraging openness, transparency and the sharing of views.

    To succeed in this role! characteristics and qualifications:

    1. Senior Executive level with influence, credibility and presence. An ability to drive change and improvement through a large, diversified organization and to see the bigger picture.

    2. CPA equivalent qualification or MBA with an emphasis in Finance.

    3. Experience and interest in managing business portfolios, with an ability to spot areas of opportunity and risk within a portfolio and allocate or re-direct resources accordingly.

    4. A natural inclination to look for solutions, to methodically evaluate a situation and provide positive recommendations and drive issues through to successful conclusion/resolution.

    5. Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic. A self-starter who is comfortable rolling up sleeves and being a doer as well as a leader.

    6. Adept at forging strong relationships within a matrix environment; collaborative work style.

    7. Excellent analytical and interpretive skills, intellectual rigor and an ability to think innovatively and creatively ... "outside the box".

    8. An unquestionable ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and time pressure. Self-confident and outgoing, with a straightforward personality. Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach.

    9. Highly ambitious with a burning desire for success and continued future progression.

    10. Advanced English Language skills and Spanish desirable.

    The work model adopted by ADP is office based/face-to-face, with the possibility to work from home twice a week.
