WORLDPAC Canada is seeking Full-Time Day Shift Distribution Warehouse Associates in Bolton, Ontario

**** Start rate $20.50 + benefits after 90 days****

WORLDPAC, a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, imports and distributes original equipment and quality replacement automotive parts to select specialty import and domestic service centers.

Summary of Job Description:

• Under general supervision, this position operates heavy equipment from counterbalance, reach trucks to cherry pickers for more than 50 % of the shift;

• Computer and RF scanning for shipping, receiving and inventory functions;

• This position fulfills shipping and receiving functions within the warehouse: sorts, organizes and prepares merchandise from receiving or the production areas to storage or to other designated areas, by part and quantity;

• May use computer to enter, maintain, locate and create records, dispatch, confirm customer or stock orders and to generate delivery manifests and receiving documents;

• Follows all safety rules and applicable laws.

Successful Candidate must:

• Experience in a warehouse environment;

• Must have the ability to learn and use computer and RF scanning technologies;

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs;

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;

• Must work in an organized manner, strong attention to detail;

• Must be available Monday to Friday as well as overtime on Saturday when required

• Willing to be trained on cherry pickers, counterbalance and reach trucks is a plus
