CARQUEST Canada is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Financial Analyst for a full time (Hybrid role) at our Bolton Ontario head office. We are currently working 2 days in office and 3 days remote, subject to change in the future. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Analyst is responsible for providing management with accurate, timely reports and analytical support. The successful teammate will work in a fast-paced environment where he/she will support multiple projects while inter-acting with various disciplines of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Produce accurate, timely periodic financial, sales and operating reports.
Partner with and provide detailed quantitative analysis, modeling, and guidance to finance, marketing, sales, operations and real estate management teams.
Analyze operating results against budget and performance metrics.
Assist in preparing financial forecast, annual corporate plan, and other ad-hoc financial requirements.
Leverage existing tools and data to identify business successes and opportunities.
