    Position summary

    ing role is focused on driving impact for Adyen's acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.

    The ideal candidate is experienced with B2B digital marketing and fluent in working with revenue-based goals. This is a matrixed role collaborating across the APAC and global marketing teams to optimize Adyen's impact through digital channels.

    What you'll do:

    • Plan, set up and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, lifecycle, SEO/SEM, display advertising and product review site etc., to drive full funnel impact.
    • Work closely with the APAC digital marketing team, Japan marketing team and Japan BDR team to generate sales accepted opportunities (SAO) from digital channels.
    • Grow organic and direct traffic to the Japan local web site through SEO/SEM.
    • Solidify Adyen's brand positioning among Japanese merchants and partners through digital campaigns.
    • Handle local media buying through either direct deals and / or agencies. Manage digital agency relationship including campaign briefing, day to day communication, challenge media plans, campaign optimisation, budget allocation, evaluations
    • Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns across all channels.

    Who you are:

    • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role in the B2B tech industry focused on driving the acquisition of net new customers. Fintech experience is a plus.
    • Strong background in SEO/SEM and other paid acquisition channels (Social, Display).
    • Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
    • Data-driven, analytical mindset. Experience in working with data-driven optimizations using GA4. Experience with Looker, Marketo, Salesforce are a plus.
    • Balance between strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization.
    • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Fluent spoken and written English and Japanese is a requirement
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+
