The Continuous Improvement (CI) team is the horizontal thread that ties together the vertical teams within AES CE to drive coordination, collaboration, communications, and efficiencies by applying system level processes and optimization to keep the full company focused and aligned. The Manager, Business Systems Integration will administer and maintain our cloud platform integrations that unify, empower, and enable all aspects of our business. In addition, this role will guide and develop new integrations as we add new solutions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to analyze and organize information, research new capabilities, inform best practices, and continually improve processes, workflows, and automations. This position will provide technical guidance to the CI team to refine business requirements and lead our junior analysts as the team grows. This position will be based in the AES CE Louisville, Colorado office and reports to the Enterprise Architect. Alternate locations (Salt Lake City, or remote) can be considered.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
