    The AES Cyber Security Team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help us build out our privacy and data protection capabilities by deploying scanning, automation, and risk assessment tools. This candidate will work across our Cyber Security and Digital to gather requirements, implement, and operationalize the management of scanning key data sources. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both cloud and on-prem data sources, configuring scanning technologies, and have basic experience with big data and relevant data stores.

    Will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated projects related to data governance, privacy, and security. You will work closely with collaborators to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation and management of data governance, privacy, and security tools and procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect data sources, ensure data compliance, and mitigate risk.
    • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and consistency.
    • Manage project timelines and professional resource hours.
    • Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Basic experience with RDBMS relevant data sources.
    • Basic experience with big data and relevant data stores.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

    Desired Skills & Expertise:

    • Industry expertise in Data Governance, Privacy, and/or Security practices.
    • Meaningful experience with installation, configuration, and management of software platforms.
    • Experience with Regex or similar syntax.
    • Experience with BigID, Microsoft Purview, and GCP.
