nalysis of ESG-related measures, contributes to the development of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, and provides financial expertise to ESG-related investments and initiatives. The position also serves as a strategic partner to ADUSA Health & Safety teams, brand H&S teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders involved in ESG programs such as Race to Zero, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights that drive performance and accountability.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are: Quincy, MA, Hyattsville, MD, Scarborough, ME, Salisbury, NC, or Carlisle, PA

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform pre-submission reviews and become an 'expert' on these specific KPI's from an accuracy, compliance, and analytical narrative perspective demonstrating intellectual curiosity and seeking deeper understanding to get comfortable with the results
Support the HC&P Brand leads in preparation of the Quarterly Brand Scorecards with complete and detailed narrative on results to prior year, target and expectations to achieving target.
Analyze financial fluctuations and circumstances impacting ESG performance e.g. inflation, currency exchange, market pricing.
Frequently collaborate with H&S team on all matters related to ESG reporting and analytics
Collaborate with Risks & Controls for ESG KPIs validation
Support Monthly reporting initiatives as we move to more frequent reporting beyond quarterly for better performance management towards targets.
Develop and maintain a process around all State by State reporting across all KPIs' and all stores ensuring completeness, accuracy and on time submission to local municipalities to remain in compliance of state laws and avoid penalties or fines.
Maintain access controls for HC&P. ESG Finance and KPI SME's within the SharePoint sites and validator forms, as well as, update validator forms for any new KPI's or change of personnel for completeness
Automate reporting to eliminate manual and duplicative development of results for multiple purposes in order to streamline the process and allow for more focus on executive level outcomes and strategic impact results.
Maintain internal partnerships with key stakeholders
Execute on expectations for role and support team deliverables

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent 4 years of experience; plus 4-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Hybrid skills including financial analysis and IT automation (i.e., - Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
Experience with reporting automation tools and SharePoint governance
Advanced ability to analyze ESG-related financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, public reporting standards, and audit requirements. Experience with externally audited KPIs and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to ESG-related analytics and reporting is desired
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
