custom Benefit Applications, along with interaction with third party administrators, recommending innovative ways to improve processes. Administers cycle-work while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and consistency across processes. Develops and maintains department documentation and training aids. Acts as primary resource for team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primary liaison with brand labor teams to assess CBA's and interpret content for necessary change management in the related HRIS system(s)
• Supports claims, contributions, and other data assessment initiatives as needed to assist the brand labor team(s) and third-party union administrators
• Oversees Union Remittance payments per the CBA's to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Develops and supports training of new CBB Coordinators
• Creates documentation and training of standard operating procedures for CBB team; ensuring current processes are reflected
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing hourly support team
• Manages performance through performance planning, coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts
• Monitors administrative integrity, develops tracking systems to monitor assigned benefit program transactions and makes technical system improvement recommendations
• Oversees the integrity and accuracy of financial data and vendor payments for plan reconciliation.
• Stays current on benefit trends and applicable legislation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Benefits Administration, claims processing, collectively bargained benefits or other benefits related area
• Intermediate MS Office, Visio and Project skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• HR systems knowledge Preferred Qualifications: (List any preferred qualifications (like to haves) for the role - could include advanced educations, certification(s), or knowledge)
• Human Resource certification (CBP, SHRM, etc).
• HR systems knowledge.
• Reporting tools knowledge.
• Familiarity with payroll, and HR generalist topics a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
• Experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience with Kronos
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
