Application Management, Specialist

We are looking for a SuccessFactor Functional Consultant to join our Application Management Services team. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 - 10 years of experience in any HR domain

The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.

Main responsibilities

• Support clients in defining relevant business processes.  Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate pre-sales discovery meetings

• Plan, follow and deliver every step of the project in line with required project methodology

• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs

• Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HRIS business teams

• Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis

• Identifying any risks and proposing solutions

• Document business requirements and procedures

• Oversee user acceptance experience

• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

• Complete implementation projects within SLA’s and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction

Key experience and skills

• Successfactors Implementation experience 

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of strong  experience in IT industry with experience in SAP SuccessFactors

• Good knowledge in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Desired)

• Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA  (Good to have)

• Experience having worked as part of a virtual project team

• Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
