We are looking for a SuccessFactor Functional Consultant to join our Application Management Services team. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 - 10 years of experience in any HR domain
The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.
Main responsibilities
Support clients in defining relevant business processes. Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate pre-sales discovery meetings
Plan, follow and deliver every step of the project in line with required project methodology
Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HRIS business teams
Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis
Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
Document business requirements and procedures
Oversee user acceptance experience
Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
Complete implementation projects within SLA’s and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction
Key experience and skills
Successfactors Implementation experience
Minimum 2 to 5 years of strong experience in IT industry with experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Good knowledge in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Desired)
Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Good to have)
Experience having worked as part of a virtual project team
Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
