You’ll be part of the Consumer Experience practice where our objective is to relentlessly pursue solutions for our customers that simplify and enhance work and life through our unique blend of service, technology, and data. We create digital solutions (such as websites, decision support tools, videos, and personalized solutions) that are simple, personal, and connected.
You will assist in the development of digital and personalized solutions that drive engagement and provide clear decision support.
Understands roles and interests of key stakeholders
Gathers project information and verifies scope of the project
Prepares for and leads project planning meetings
Develops implementation and ongoing refresh schedules for projects
Creates requirements for configuration, internal testing, and client testing
Assists in identifying internal/external project resources and stakeholders
Assists the sales process for new and ongoing projects by defining, confirming, and documenting project scope and the project schedule
Leads/participates in project kickoff meeting(s) and ongoing status meetings with the client
Monitors/manages project schedules, tracks milestones and deliverables
Notifies project team of overall project status
Identifies risks and develops risk management plan
Gathers meeting materials, creates agendas and leads project meetings internally and with the client
Works with team to ensure all documents are accurate and posted appropriately
Works with graphic designers, content writers, client leads and programmers/developers to ensure requirements are met and deliverables meet expectations
Has a basic understanding of client goals and objectives, and anticipates and consults to best practices
Asks appropriate questions to guide clients/client leads on how to meet goals/objectives for complex projects
Demonstrates knowledge of employee benefits and HR programs, decision support solutions, data-driven and personalized solutions, and digital/user experiences
Effectively consults on projects with clients and other stakeholders
Confidently presents creative options to clients/client leads; demonstrates strong presentation skill level in client-facing situations
Shares point of view or recommendations based on expertise, best practices, and experience
Understands and verifies the financial scope of the project and provides support and financial data for client lead/sales team to create proposals and support documentation
Applies financial acumen by using the appropriate financial tools to ensure billing accuracy and integrity
Performs user acceptance testing of deliverables before, alongside and after client testing
Completes project and process evaluation
Completes, closes, and archives project documents
Follows software methodology development processes
Provides ideas for process improvements
Celebrates achievements with team
Able to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities with a high degree of success and quality

Education and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Basic knowledge of Project Management process and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of and experience with Employer Benefits (including Health & Welfare, 401(k) and/or Pension benefits) is a plus
Knowledge of PMI Project Management processes
PMP credential is a plus but not required
3-5 years of project management work experience
7+ years of professional work experience
