Alight is Looking for a DC Client Technology Manager

As someone with a developed problem solving mentality and expert knowledge, you will be working on the most complex tasks that impact the lives of thousands. You will have the opportunity to own advanced projects and identify high-level and complex solutions in a Financial Services team. You will be able to work with well-known financial services vendors to support a well-functioning system supporting services for 401k, brokerage, and Financial Planning participants. You will get to do all of this while interacting and working virtually with colleagues from our offices all over the world.

Your Impact as a DC Client Technology Manager

• Problem solve complex tasks and have a solutions oriented mindset

• Support multiple financial service platforms servicing millions of participants and billons of dollars in assets

• Create detailed test plans for all phases of testing

• Review and approve others’ configuration and testing results

• Utilize system knowledge to produce custom solutions for the most challenging clients

• Identifies, plans, and manages process improvement projects to create year-to-year efficiencies

• Be part of a team supporting 50+ clients across multiple financial service platforms

Knowledge and Expertise

• Self starter

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Preferred background in Financial Services and with DC Administration systems

• SAS, SQL programming experience for data analysis, ongoing requests, and system enhancements

• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, XSLT, and CSV

• Knowledge of web tools such as Postman, Kibana, and NewRelic preferred

• Experience with producing solid documentation of technical processes

• Effective communication internally and externally using technical and common language

• Advanced management and organizational skills with learning agility and the ability to adapt

• Ability to own end-to-end processes and knowledge share to expand support across the financial services team

• 7+ years of relevant work experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences, Informatics, Finance, Economics, MIS or equivalent work experience in an analytical area

Alight takes into consideration the candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data and internal equity.
