Alight is Looking for a Defined Contribution Sr. Client Manager

You will be responsible for day to day service delivery for your client(s).  You will have the opportunity to work with your team to deliver quality administrative services, partnering with other support areas such as operations and technology.  On the client side, you will be the main contact point for the client on daily service delivery, and support the DC Client Leader in delivering best in class solutions for your client.  You will utilize your strong client consulting skills and deep DC knowledge on a daily basis.  You will get to do all of this while growing the talent in DC, and working with a global workforce. 
 

Your Impact as a Defined Contribution Sr. Client Manager

• Solutions oriented mindset for overall service delivery challenges and improvements

• Develops talent pipeline  through management and coaching of entire client team

• Identifies, plans, and manages larger scale process improvement projects to create year-to-year efficiencies

• Communicate regularly with clients at more senior levels of the organization on client delivery

• Use expert knowledge of DC to work with the client on difficult plan issues and provide guidance on plan changes or projects

Knowledge and Expertise

• Identify and lead team through changes, to best support the goals of the client and Alight

• Effective communication and influencing skills – internally and externally – on both domain and technical matters

• Advanced management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change

• Ability to work with and influence all areas of client delivery, and across the business, to best meet the outcomes for the client

• Anticipates needs of client based on strong DC client knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree (business context preferred) or equivalent work experience required

5+ years in DC and a variety of client experiences

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $55,800.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $88,500.00/year (for full-time employees).
