As a Field Marketing Manager, a typical day toinclude the following:

Alight is looking for Field Marketing Manager to join our North America demand generation team. This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals and targets, aligned to the sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible the demand generation efforts for Alight's Enterprise Accounts solution team, and working cross-functionally with sales and business development to build and execute personalized persona-centric integrated marketing programs to secure opportunities with new prospects and expand business within Alight's account base.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Drive business growth through disruptive marketing strategies including direct marketing, channel marketing, ABM, and digital programs to deliver on the pipeline, bookings, customer experience, and brand outcomes.
  • Work with the team to create, execute, and analyze integrated marketing programs that engage and convert key prospect accounts.
  • Align and work with various cross functional teams to drive results and execute highly effective integrated campaigns that are aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership on defined target setting, planning, and to ensure there is collaboration and clear communication between the teams.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign results, demand waterfall, marketing vehicles, and vendors, to find ways to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Establish a regular reporting and communication cadence with marketing leadership and sales counterparts.
  • Meet or exceed annual targets and growth plans.
  • Work with the team to leverage integrated and multi-channel campaign materials to develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive market awareness and revenue.
  • Interlock with SDR teams and SDR leadership to create a consistent experience from marketing through targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Manage programs to adhere to the marketing budget.
  • Support and be an ambassador for Alight's global branding guidelines, best practices and marketing initiatives

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience with Target Account Marketing and ABM programs with demonstrable success.
  • Prior B2B marketing or business development experience, preferably within the benefits, payroll, and/or HCM space.
  • Skills with reporting, analyzing data and uncovering ways to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels, including but not limited to virtual events, conferences, webinars, email, direct mail and digital advertising.
  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior level sales directors.
  • Track record of creating partnerships with sales leaders.
  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills generating demand as one team.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing (preferred) or equivalent work experience

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Statement. Please note, offers are being determined on an individual basis. Alight takes into consideration the candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data and internal equity. The estimated minimum salary for this role is $69,100.00/year (full-time). In addition to the base salary, this position may be bonus eligible.
