    Summary:

    Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise support a selection of clients

    The role is located in Granada preferably.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate, schedule and organize public and in house training courses

    • Managing, designing, developing and coordinating course material

    • Manage the entire process of quality check, printing/delivering material, including materials provided by external suppliers

    • Cooperate with several functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing) in order to identify customer needs, file convincing offers and work on efficient marketing campaigns

    • Explore, identify and book trainers

    • Monitor the enrollment of participants to public training sessions and in-house offers for up-to-date reporting

    • Observe market developments and identify trends

    • Ensure and improve effectiveness and efficiency for delivery process of trainings and the related material

    • Maintain training catalogue

    • Guarantee a high-quality service for external and internal customers (customer satisfaction)

    • Manage data in our CRM system

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience

    • At least 3 years of working experience within the field of HR training of a service company required

    • Experience with digital learning forms (e-learning programs, webinars, etc.)

    • Spanish fluent is required

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an independent work method

    • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment

    • Attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

    • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
