    Position summary

    The Service Transition consultant is the main representative supporting the successful transition of the project from implementation to operations.

    The Client Training Lead is responsible for the delivery, design and creation of an effective training for our customers. This role will include building the training plan, working with stakeholders to produce and develop the training material and delivering on-line or face to face trainings to the client. This position ensures that customers are fully trained with high quality and on time. The Client Training lead is a key role for Operational Readiness ensuring a good customer's understanding of the tools and successful testing phase during the project. Responsibilities will include, client-interactions, control of the solution and the tools in scope, working with internal stakeholders, coordinating inputs from different business areas. Managing training calendar. Improving material and client experience with the training. Continuous learning and development keeping up to date with the latest Alight products and new features.

    Responsibilities ST.

    • Lead local workshops: ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscape

    • Help client understand the implementation methodology: what are we implementing, when and how (PIM/PIX, phases and deliverables).

    • Onboard BAU operational team in the project

    • Prepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source List

    • Provide needed accesses to client and Operations team members

    • Implement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call centre, SLA reporting tool, etc).

    • Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go live

    • Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.

    • Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activities

    • Identify and communicate project risks.

    • Identify and communicate risks

    • Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time and budget

    • Prepare hypercare period

    • Main goal: successful transition from Project to BAU services for client and Operations teams.

    Responsibilities Client Training Consultant.

    • Deliver training to the clients- Conduct on-line or face to face sessions ensuring a high quality and respecting timelines.

    • Prepare training material- Design and create training materials as required. Maintain the material updated and according to Alight format. customer with high quality and according to the timelines.

    • Participate in meetings as appropriate to clarify the training's scope

    • Track and report progress and status to key stakeholders

    • Constant learning and growing

    • Create a professional environment, correct behaviors and enforces the use of business etiquette

    • Build relationships with SMEs and colleagues across the company to understand the tools offered and design and deliver the most clear and effective training.

    • Communication to relevant stakeholders

    • Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned

    • To be able to work independently with initiative or as part of a team.

    • Compliance to SR Standards training

    Experience and skills:

    • Working experience in HR and Payroll services delivery/operations.

    • Payroll experience

    • Experience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organization.

    • Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing / liaison experience.

    • Good English, Spanish skills written and verbal (additional language is a plus)

    • Highly organized with the ability to oversee large and multiple projects.

    • Good PC Literacy - Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

    • The role will involve local country and international travel and time away from home.

    • Experience in working closely with operational teams

    • Ability to manage process/service workshops with multiple customer contacts

    • Service testing experience - System Integration Test, Scenario Based Test, Service Rehearsal and Parallel Runs

    • Handling of knowledge transfer and service transitions

    • Solid experience in Customer Service Training

    • Experience in Operations and/or Service Readiness is an advantage

    • Fluent in English (And any other language is a plus)

    • Open minded and creative

    • Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges

    • Payroll Knowledge is an advantage

    • Customer oriented

    • Very good Presentation Skills

    • Interest in new technologies and solutions

    • 2+ years working experience in HR services delivery/operations
