Alight is currently seeking motivated professionals to support our Mail Room Production Team. This role is an entry level role and is responsible for supporting the production office/mail room, which produces marketing materials for potential clients. This role requires a strong work ethic to ensure timely, high quality, delivery of a key component of our sales process.

• Run production machines (printers, folders, tabbers), which create (printing, folding, tabbing, and packaging) mail postcard
• Provide real time quality review of production items (primarily postcard) as processed down the line
• Ensure product is printed correctly with potential client names in the correct places, that product is folded in the correct orientation for delivery, and that the tabbed finished product is designated in the correct USPS trays and packaged to USPS specifications 
• Deliver bulk mail to the post office
• Coordinate returned postcards with other internal teams for further processing
• Provide feedback for process improvements

Skills and Requirements:

• Self-starter; high level of learning agility (Note: no production experience needed- training will be provided)
• Team-player; collaborative approach to work
• Strong attention to detail; quality mindset
• Punctual and regular attendance (standard work hours 9am-6pm ET)
• Ability to stand for long lengths of time
• Ability to lift over 30lbs
• Available to work additional hours to support peak busy season (typically August – mid October) as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of employment background check
