    About the Role

    Your role will involve designing test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, and ensuring security, scalability, and reliability of authentication flows.

    US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.

    Responsibilities

    • Designing and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for testing authentication features.

    • Performing manual and automated testing on both front-end (web/mobile) and back-end systems.

    • Validating RESTful API integrations for authentication-related services.

    • Ensuring that security protocols and authentication standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect) are rigorously tested.

    • Developing, maintain, and execute automated test suites for web and mobile platforms.

    • Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing feedback on testing progress.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.

    • Performing regression testing, verifying resolved issues and ensuring no new issues are introduced

    Requirements

    • Have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web, mobile, and API testing.

    • Experience with ISTQB standards and or being certified.

    • Experience in manual testing and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, functionize).

    • Experience testing RESTful APIs

    • Experience with authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSO, JWT).

    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

    • Experience in of bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.
      Skills:

    • Experience with performance and security testing tools.

    • Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and other authentication protocols.

    Minimum :
    72,200 USD
    Maximum :
    114,500 USD
