The SAP Payroll Product Consultant is responsible for the development, maintenance, consultation, and general ownership of the Alight Solutions Point of View (PoV) related to the SAP product area they support. The SAP Payroll Product Consultant will work with the deployment team, operations groups, and other key decision makers to ensure the POV is accounting for SAP updates, client project learnings and that teams are aware of the changes and direction. They will ensure the PoV is efficient, competitive, and driven by market standards. In addition to these responsibilities, they will own the initial input to the deal model during the sales process as well as represent the Alight Solutions PoV in sales pursuits, serving as subject matter expert support to the sales team, speaking with the client on matters related to the Payroll operational solution and Statement of Work.
Responsibility Areas
Represent the Overall SAP Payroll Product Strategy and Roadmap
Collaborate with Clients, Operations and Analysts to evolve the PoV
Provide a voice to customer’s and the market on Alight Solutions’ direction
Assist in the sales process to represent the payroll operational PoV and offer
Provide for, lead, identify, and/or innovate ideas for improving the PoV regarding the SAP BPO offer
Lead client consultative sessions on operational readiness related to running payroll on SAP
Attend engagements, including speaking engagements, supporting Sales and Alight as a payroll subject matter expert
Educate Client Teams and our Clients on PoV Changes related to SAP product updates.
Create and maintain PoV documents and base artifacts.

Alight takes into consideration the candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data and internal equity. The estimated minimum salary for this role is $69,100.00/year (full-time). In addition to the base salary, this position may be bonus eligible.
