Time Senior Solution Consultant
You will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely.
Specific tasks are
Time Management maintenance activities for several clients located in Europe.
Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related with clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error message, etc..
Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
Creation of technical specifications and functional documentations.
What we ask for:
Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz , eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource.
Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards.
Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
Be committed to the customer and the team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English or French or Italian or Spanish or German.
Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
Position can be virtual only for experienced candidates with SAP Times experience. For unexperienced colleagues, the location will be Granada
