Position summary

The role

Alight Solutions are currently recruiting for a UK SAP SuccessFactors Practice Lead. This includes recruiting and managing the UKI team; establishing partner relationships as well as working with sales to cultivate prospects and account manage UKI clients. This key role is part of an industry-leading team helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Cloud Deployment Solutions business group.

Location is UK home-based with travel to client sites (up to 50%)

Responsibilities

  • The role reports to the UKI ProServ Lead with which you will work closely on local initiatives and aligning to the regional and international business strategy
  • Has responsibility for the Alight SuccessFactors Practice in the UKI region
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit UKI based consultants
  • Responsible for Performance/Talent Management, Coaching and Career Planning for the UKI based consultants
  • Works with the sales team to understand and interpret customer requirements; inputting into estimates, RFP responses and Statement of Works
  • Present Alight and SAP SuccessFactors to clients, prospects and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for developing and leveraging the strategic relationship with SAP UKI  Alliance Manager, ensuring Alight has a prominent and positive position in the local SAP ecosystem
  • Work closely with the wider Alight regional Professional Services teams building up relationships and supporting with local initiatives
  • Has P&L responsibility for the Practice

Requirements

  • Previous experience implementing HCM, Payroll or has deep HR/Payroll experience with a demonstrated aptitude for systems implementation
  • Experience implementing or working with SuccessFactors
  • Experience managing a professional services delivery practice
  • Advanced experience of managing stakeholder: client account and/or acting as engagement executive/sponsor
  • Experience of developing and leveraging strategic relationships
  • Experience of leading and developing large teams
  • Responds with a sense of urgency to immediate needs. Completes assigned tasks in prescribed times related to deliverables, understands priorities and requests help and support when needed
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Evidence of collaboration and contribution to your previous work environments
  • Ability to act with integrity
  • Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
