As an EMEA Workday HCM Consultant, we expect you to be

• Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work

• Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, https://i.e. either technical or within a functional area

• Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client.

• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects

• Guide other consultants within project team

• Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
