    Job Summary:

    The Allstate Benefits Agent Relations Licensing Senior Associate provides technical support and training for agent licensing and registration, serves as a subject matter expert for the Licensing and Contracting Team and performs quality reviews and verification of work as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides moderate to complex, technical support and training for licensing, registration, appointing, contracting, terminating and servicing agents according to the regulations of 53 states and foreign jurisdictions and multiple company policies and guidelines
    • Inputs and updates agent data into computer and file system and reviews hierarchy for correct payment of commissions
    • Processes and validates agent appointments, appointment renewals, terminations, resolutions and errors
    • Communicates via phone and composes written correspondence with internal, external, and the team
    • Verifies, requests, or questions regulatory information and composes inquires to compliance liaison
    • Conducts and assists with training associates
    • Participates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on various projects and assignments
    • Conducts quality verification of work, communicates feedback with the management team

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This job does not have supervisory duties.

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years of experience

    Functional Skills:

    • Effective organization and prioritization skills
    • Effective working knowledge of policy life cycle and service center workflow
    • Effective understanding of all administrative systems utilized by the department, including electronic on-boarding application
    • Advanced knowledge of the licensing and appointment processes according to the regulations of the various states and US territories
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products

    Compensation offered for this role is $37,000.00-$64,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
